Joint Bars and Type II Fastening Systems Supplier for Taizhou West Railway Freight Yard
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 210 sets of joint bars and 16,000 sets of Spring Clip II fastening systems to the Taizhou West Railway Freight Yard Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project.
The Taizhou West Railway Freight Yard is located in Hailing District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and is connected to Taizhou West Railway Station. As the only operational railway freight yard in Taizhou, it primarily handles container, truckload, and bulk express services, serving as a regional integrated logistics hub.
The Taizhou West Freight Yard expansion and renovation project, with a total investment of approximately 250 million yuan, is scheduled to be completed by 2025. The project will include the construction of new freight lanes H1, H2, H3, and H4, the installation of a 40.5t container-capacity gantry crane and a 50t general-purpose gantry crane, and the addition of supporting facilities such as canopies, power, lighting, and communications. Upon completion, the yard’s modern logistics connectivity and service quality will be comprehensively enhanced. Sea-rail intermodal trains and China-Europe (Asia) connecting trains will be regularly operated, and annual freight arrival and dispatch volumes are expected to reach 3.2 million tons in the near term and 5.5. million tons in the long term. This project is of great significance in promoting the efficient transformation of Taizhou’s transportation structure and supporting regional economic integration. TB/T 2345 Technical Conditions for Ordering Joint Bars for Rails 43kg/m to 75kg/m.
Bolts and nuts comply with TB/T 2347.
60kg/m rails use grade 10.9 track bolts and grade 10 nuts; 50kg/m rails use grade 8.8 joint bolts and grade 10 nuts.
