M30 Tunnel Segment Bolts for Chengdu Metro Line
In 2020-2011, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided M30 Tunnel Segment Bolts for Chengdu Metro Line 10 and Chengdu Metro Line 13.
Chengdu Metro Line 10 is the fifth completed and operated subway line in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. The length of Chengdu Metro Line 10 is 37.98 km, of which the length of underground section is about 21.21 km.
Chengdu Metro Line 13 (Chengdu Metro Line 13) is a subway line under construction in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, with a total length of about 50 km. The first phase of the project starts from Wayaotan Station in Qingyang District and ends at Longan Station in Longquanyi District. The first phase of the project is 29.04 kilometers long. In the future, Chengdu Metro Line 13 will become a city express line from Wenjiang to Tianfu International Airport.

- The segment connection bolts are made of 45#steel, and the surface of the bolts is treated with zinc chrome coating to prevent rust. The zinc chrome coating meets the requirements of “Specifications ofZinc/Chromate Coatings” (GB/T18684-2002), and the protection level is not lower than 9 after the 480h neutral salt spray test. The mechanical properties of the ring tunnel bolts are grade 6.8 and 8.8
- The mechanical properties of the circumferential bolts and nuts and the longitudinal bolts and nuts are both grade 5and 6.
- The flat washer and nut are made of 45# steel, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material meet the requirements of GB/T 699.
