50kg/m, 60kg/m Rail Fastener Assemblies for Xuyong-Bijie Railway
From 2011 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has been providing 95,046 sets of 50kg/m type-I rail fastener assemblies and 174,441 sets of 60kg/m type-I rail fastener assemblies to the Xuyong-Bijie Railway.
The new Xuyong-Bijie Railway (Sichuan-Yunnan Section) project is located in Luzhou City, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, and Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The main line is 151.838 kilometers long. 120km/h. The total investment of the project is about 10.6 billion yuan, and the total construction period is 72 months. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

Anti-corrosion treatment is done for type I and type II track fasteners. Anti-corrosion implements the standards of “Type I Fastening System” (TB/T 1495-2020) and “Type II Fastening System” (TB/T 3065-2020) issued by the State Railway Administration of China, select “Coastal, Tunnel or Acid Rain” The anti-rust performance requirements for areas with severe corrosion, that is, “rail clips, gauge baffles, flat washers, screw spikes, nuts and other components should meet the protection level after 120h neutral salt spray test and should not be lower than level 5. And after the 120h sulfur dioxide corrosion test, the protection level should not be lower than level 5.” At the same time, the structure size, appearance and performance of the relevant parts after anti-rust treatment should also meet the requirements of the relevant specifications.
