In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. Supplied 130,000 sets of M30×667 Tunnel Segment Bolts to the SG2 section of the Jiashan-Xitang intercity railway civil engineering construction.
The SG2 section of the Jiashan-Xitang intercity railway civil engineering construction has a left-line shield tunneling length of 3006.745m and a right-line shield tunneling length of 3027.227m.
The shield tunneling machine has an outer diameter of 8.5m, an inner diameter of 7.7m, and a thickness of 0.4m. It uses C60 and P12 high-precision single-layer prefabricated flat reinforced concrete segments, with a segment width of 1.6m. The circumferential segmentation uses seven segments: a capping segment, two adjacent segments, and four standard segments. The minimum clear spacing is 7.54m, the maximum longitudinal slope is 29.5%, the minimum curve radius is 420m, and the maximum depth (from ground level to the bottom of the tunnel) is 31.1m.

- Bolt sleeves are made of polyvinyl chloride material; pull-out force: not less than 350KN.
- Bolt washers are made of stainless steel; processing quantity: 33 pieces/ring; hardness grade: Hv=100.
- When loosening the threads of the bolt sleeve, attention should be paid to ensuring a proper loose fit.
