In 2026, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 50 sets of composite cast-in-place slide plates(baseplates) for P60 railway turnouts to Guangzhou Railway Group Co., Ltd., using the dedicated line 9786-Ⅲ design. Specific requirements are as follows:
- Technical Requirements: Compliant with the relevant provisions of TB/T412-2020 “Standard Gauge Railway Turnout” baseplates.
- Specifications: Applicable to P60-12# turnout SC(07)330. (Drawing No.: Dedicated Line 9786-III). Each set of cast-in-place slide plates includes 32 cast-in-place slide plates and matching accessories such as rubber pads, elastic clips, bolts, nuts, washers, and rail supports.
- Raw Materials: The composite cast-in-place slide plates(baseplates)are made of cast steel ZG20SiMn, and the impact toughness requirement for the pressure tongue part is Akv≥35J. The yield strength of the slide plate base(baseplates)should be ≥330MPa. The upper surface of the slide plate platform should undergo a stepped composite strengthening treatment, with a composite layer thickness of 1-2mm and a surface hardness of 400-600HBW. The composite layer should achieve a protection level of no less than 5 after a 120-hour neutral salt spray (NSS) test. The upper surface of the pressure tongue area should not undergo composite strengthening treatment.
- The manufacturing of the composite cast slide plate should conform to the design drawings (drawing number: Special Line 9786-III).
- The composite cast slide plates(baseplates)should have clearly visible markings in a prominent location, and each batch of products should be accompanied by a certificate of quality.
