Joint Bars Manufacturer for Hefei Xinqiao Airport S1 Line Mainline
In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 224 sets of 60kg/m general joint bars, 521 sets of 60kg/m frozen joint bars and 48 sets of 60kg/m adhesive insulation joints to the Hefei Xinqiao Airport S1 Line Mainline Track Project.
The length of Hefei Xinqiao Airport S1 Line Mainline is about 47.5 km, including 23 km of underground sections and 24.5 km of elevated lines and transition sections. There are 14 stations, including 4 elevated stations and 10 underground stations. The urban B-type train is used with a design speed of 120km/h.

Quality standards and requirements for general joint bars:
The production, manufacturing, inspection and testing of joint bars shall comply with the following standards and specifications, including but not limited to:

“Heavy spring washers” (GB/T 7244-87)
“Technical conditions for elastic washers Spring washers” (GB/T 94.1-2008)
“High-strength joint bolts and nuts for rails” (TB/T 2347-1993)
“Mechanical properties of fasteners Bolts, screws and studs” (GB/T 3098.1-2010)
“Mechanical properties of fasteners Nuts” (GB/T 3098.2-2015)
Joint bars and bolts used for connection shall be inspected and qualified.
1) Technical requirements for joint bars
Joint bars should comply with the requirements of “Technical conditions for ordering joint bars for 43kg/m ~ 75kg/m joint bars” (TB/T2345-2008).
2) Technical requirements for bolts and nuts
(1) 60kg/m rail joint bolts use M24, strength grade 10.9s, and are matched with 10H nuts.
(2) The physical and mechanical properties of bolts and nuts should comply with the requirements of “High-strength joint bolts and nuts for rails”
(TB/T 2347-1993) and “Mechanical properties of fasteners – bolts, screws and studs” (GB/T 3098.1-2010).
3) Technical requirements for washers
Washers should use single-layer spring washers that meet the requirements of “Standard spring washers” (GB 93-1987).
4) The test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of the splints shall refer to the requirements of “Technical Conditions for Ordering 43kg/m~75kg/m Rail Joint bars” (TB/T 2345-2008).
5) The test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of bolts and nuts shall refer to “High-strength Joint Bolts and Nuts for Rails” (TB/T 2347-1993).

The production, manufacturing, inspection and testing of joint bars shall comply with the following standards and specifications, including but not limited to:

1) Joint bars and bolts used for freezing shall be inspected and qualified.
2) Technical requirements for joint bars
(1) The joint bars shall be made of B7 steel, 55, 55Nb or alloy steel with properties not lower than the above materials.
(2) The mechanical properties of the joint bars after heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of below Table.

3) The manufacturing method and surface quality of the joint bar shall comply with the requirements of “Technical Requirements for Supply of Joint Bars for 43kg/m~75kg/m Rails” (TB/T 2345-2008).
4) Technical requirements for high-strength bolts and nuts:
(1) The frozen joint bolts shall be M27 bolts with a strength grade of 10.9s.
(2) The physical and mechanical properties of the bolts shall comply with the requirements of “Technical Conditions for High-Strength Large Hexagon Bolts, Large Hexagon Nuts and Washers for Steel Structures” (GB/T 1231-2006) and “Mechanical Properties of Fasteners – Bolts, Screws and Studs” (GB/T 3098.1-2010).
(3) The performance grade of the nut is 10, and the technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of “Variable Tooth Anti-loosening Nuts for Railway Tracks” (Q/CR484-2015). The friction coefficient of the bearing surface is 0.15.
3) Technical requirements for high-strength washers.
(1) Use “High Strength Washers for Steel Structure” (GB/T 1230-2006)
(2) The specifications of washers match those of bolts, and 27mm specifications are used.
(3) The physical and mechanical properties of washers should comply with the requirements of “Technical Conditions for High Strength Large Hexagon Bolts, Large Hexagon Nuts and Washers for Steel Structure” (GB/T 1231-2006).
6) The test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of joint bars shall refer to the requirements of “Technical Conditions for Ordering 43kg/m~75kg/m Rail Joint Bars” (TB/T 2345-2008).
7) The test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of bolts and nuts shall refer to “High Strength Joint Bolts and Nuts for Rails” (TB/T 2347-1993) and “Variable Thread Lock Nuts for Railway Tracks” (Q/CR484-2015).
Quality standards and requirements for adhesively bonded insulating joints
Comply with the requirements of “Rail adhesively bonded insulating joints” (TB/T2975-2018).
