Type I, II, III Rail Fastening System for Dongjiakou Port Railway
In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg and 60kg Type I Fastening System, 60kg Type II Fastening System, 60kg Type III low-resistance elastic railway fastener assembly, new type III 50kg guard rail fastening system to the Shugang Railway in Dongjiakou Port Area requirements), a total of 230,476 sets of fastener systems.
Dongjiakou Port Area is an important hub of the national comprehensive transportation system and one of the main coastal ports. Shugang Railway, as an integral part of Dongjiakou Port Area’s collection and distribution system, is an important infrastructure to ensure port operations. At present, Dongjiakou Port has the world’s largest 400,000-ton ore terminal and the largest 450,000-ton crude oil terminal in China. The throughput has exceeded 100 million tons for three consecutive years, and the port has huge potential.
The Shugang Railway in Dongjiakou Port Area is jointly constructed by China Railway Corporation and Qingdao Port Group, and undertaken by China Railway Tenth Bureau. The total length is 19.863 km, of which the length of the main line is 14.623 km, and the length of the connecting line is 5.24 km. Up to now, the Shugang Railway has completed 90% of the overall progress. After the opening of the project, it is of great significance for the local to play the role of the national “Belt and Road” strategic node and fulcrum, and to enhance the function of Northeast Asia’s shipping hub.
The Dongjiakou port area will be connected with the newly built Qinglian Railway and China’s first heavy-haul railway, the Central and Southern Shanxi Railway, extending the hinterland of the port, which is of great significance for building a world-class marine port and promoting the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.
