1500 Sets of Fishplates Supplier for Chongqing Rail Transit Line 24
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 500 sets of P60 fishplates (including bolts, etc.) and 1000 sets of P50 fishplates (including bolts, etc.) to the Phase I project of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 24.
Chongqing Rail Transit Line 24 is a backbone line in the southern part of Chongqing’s rail transit network, running east-west. It is currently under construction. Phase I of the project commenced construction on March 2, 2021, starting at Lujiaobei Station in Banan District, passing through Chongqing East Station and Shangmaocheng Station, and ending at Guangyangwan Station in Nan’an District. The line is 18.9 kilometers long. Phase I is entirely underground, with all stations located underground. It uses As trains with 6 cars in a 3+3 formation, designed for a speed of 100 km/h.
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 500 sets of P60 fishplates (including bolts, etc.) and 1000 sets of P50 fishplates (including bolts, etc.) to the Phase I project of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 24.
The manufacturing and acceptance technical conditions were based on 60kg/m rail and 50kg/m rail joint plates. It should conform to TB/T2345 “Technical Conditions for Ordering Rail Joints and Clamps for 43kg/m~75kg/m”; rail.
For the joint connecting bolts and nuts, the type and dimensions of the bolts and nuts for 60kg/m and 50kg/m rail joints shall conform to the corresponding standard of TB/T 2347 “High-strength Joint Bolts and Nuts for Rails”.
Specifically, for 60kg/m rail joints, use grade 10.9 M24 high-strength joint bolts with L=135mm, and grade 10 high-strength nuts; high-strength flat washers should be used. For 50kg/m rails, use grade 8.8 M24 high-strength joint bolts with L=145mm, and grade 10 high-strength nuts; single-layer spring washers should be used.
Washers for 60kg/m and 50kg/m rail joints shall conform to the requirements of TB/T 2348 “Elastic Anti-loosening Washers for Rail Joints” (must specify the latest national standard or the company’s specific standard, such as standard code, number, and standard name).
