99,617 Sets of M27 Segment Bolts Supplier for Shenzhen Metro Line 19
In October 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 299,617 sets of M27 segment bolts to the Shenzhen Metro Line 19 Phase I project.
Shenzhen Metro Line 19 is a metro line under construction in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. It is an east-west metro line in the eastern urban area of Shenzhen. Phase I construction began on May 8, 2024, and its designated color is magenta.
As of March 2024, Phase I of Shenzhen Metro Line 19 runs from Nantangwei Station in the west, through Longgang District and Pingshan District, to Julong Station in the east, generally running east-west.
As of March 2024, Phase I of Shenzhen Metro Line 19 is 14.487 kilometers long, entirely underground; it has 12 stations, including 4 interchange stations, all underground. It includes one parking lot at Shahu and one main substation at Shahu. The line uses a fully automated operation system, and the trains are equipped with fully automatic driving (UTO) functionality. The trains are 4-car A-type trains with a maximum operating speed of 80 km/h.
In October 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 299,617 sets of M27 segment bolts to the Shenzhen Metro Line 19 Phase I project. Specific requirements are as follows:
The bolts must have a mechanical property grade of 8.8, and the nuts must have a mechanical property grade of 8.0.
The washers must have a minimum mechanical property grade of Hv=200; it is recommended that fixing measures be considered during mold processing. All bolts, nuts, and washers must be hot-dip galvanized with a thickness of 0.07mm.
