Conventional Railway Fastening Systems Manufacturer for Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei Hub Support
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment will provide a total of 268,478 sets of conventional railway fastening system for the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei Hub Support Project, the Liangyun Section of the Xiongshang High-Speed Railway, and the Liangyun Section of the Xiongshang High-Speed Railway.
The supporting projects for the new Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei High-Speed Railway’s Hefei hub are located in Hefei, Anhui Province. These include civil engineering works on the mainline from DK530+454.31 to K432+700 (excluding the ballastless track from DK530+454.31 to DK530+540), track laying at DK427+948.09 to DK530+454.31 at the Jiangsu-Anhui provincial boundary, the Hening bypass line, the Hening-Yanjiang connecting line, the third and fourth lines from Yanjiang to Feidong, and the Hening-Sanshilipu connecting line. The project includes 10.202 km of mainline roadbed, 12.187 km of bridges, three beam yards, and one track-laying base. The newly constructed Beijing-Xiong’an-Shangqiu High-Speed Railway, also known as the Beijing-Shangqiu section of the Beijing-Hong Kong High-Speed Railway, connects Fengtai District in Beijing, Xiong’an New Area in Hebei Province, and Shangqiu City in Henan Province. The 639-km Beijing-Xiong’an-Shangqiu High-Speed Railway runs from Beijing Fengtai Station to Shangqiu Station, with 18 stations and a maximum design speed of 350 km/h.
The elevated reconstruction project for the Jiashan section of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway will start at DK82+600 (K82+600 on the Shanghai-Kunming Railway) and end at DK95+387 (K95+400 on the Shanghai-Kunming Railway). The reconstruction stretches 12.787 km, with the existing Jiashan Station converted to an elevated station. The existing railway freight yard will be relocated to Sanliqiao Village in Weitang Subdistrict, and a new 3.442 km freight lane will be constructed. Simultaneously, the Jiashan Station complex (tourism distribution center) will be constructed on behalf of the company. A 12,000 m2 tourism distribution center, including water, electricity, and heating facilities, will be built in the market area. Key technical standards for this project: Railway grade: Class I; Number of main lines: Double; Design speed: 160 km/h; Restricted grade: 4‰; Minimum curve radius: 2000m for general areas, 1600m for difficult areas; Effective length of arrival and departure lines: 850m.
