60,000 sets of DTVI2 Fastening Systems Supplier for Hangzhou Metro Line 9
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 60,000 sets of DTVI2 fastening systems to Phase II of Hangzhou Metro Line 9.
The second phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 9 is located in Linping District, Hangzhou City, with a total length of 10.007 km, all underground. The average station spacing is 1.440 km, the maximum station spacing is 2.273 km, and the minimum station spacing is 0.678 km. The design speed is 80 km/h. Phase II of Line 9 does not construct a new depot; instead, a new access line will be built to connect with the Changda Road depot of Phase I. This access line is 0.829 km long, of which 0.444 km of civil engineering has already been completed. The main track types include long-sleeper ballast, DTⅥ2-1 type fasteners, compression-type vibration-damping fasteners, vibration-damping floating slab ballast, rubber spring floating slab ballast, general turnout ballast, and ballast with vibration-damping fastening systems.
The main construction contents of Phase II of Hangzhou Metro Line 9 include: laying 20.382km of ballastless track (15.126km of ordinary track bed, 2.641km of vibration-damping floating slab track bed, and 2.615km of rubber spring floating slab track bed); and laying 12 sets of ballastless turnouts (including one set of 60kg/m-9 5m crossover and one set of 60kg/m-9 14m crossover).
