In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided including T30*150 screw spikes, φ30 plain washer, φ30 heavy-duty spring washers, screw spikes, nuts, DJK5-1 rail fastening system, 14#, 20#, 63, 10# gauge baffle plates, A-type rail clips, B-type rail clips, etc various rail fasteners to Suzhou Metro Line 3.
Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3 is the fourth completed and operational subway line in Suzhou City. As of June 2021, the total length of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3 is 45.2 km; a total of 37 stations are set up, all of which are underground stations.
In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided various rail fasteners to Suzhou Metro Line 3, including T30*150 screw spikes(made of Q235-A), φ30 plain washer(made of Q235-A), φ30 heavy-duty spring washers(made of 60Si2Mn), screw spikes(used for Type I rail fastener system), nuts(used for Type I rail fastener system), DJK5-1 rail fastening system(includes elastic clips, screw spikes, nuts, plain washers, double coil spring washers, T bolts, iron pads), 14# intermediate gauge baffle plate, 20# intermediate gauge baffle plate, 14# raill joint gauge baffle plate, 20# raill joint gauge baffle plate, 6# raill joint gauge baffle plate, 10# raill joint gauge baffle plate, A-type rail clips(made of 60Si2Mn), B-type rail clips(made of 60Si2Mn).
All screw spikes were made as per standard TB/T 3049, all heavy spring washers were made as per standard GB7244-87, all rail clips, gauge baffle plates, plain washers were made as per standard TB/T 1495, all double coil spring washers were made as per standard GB/T 7244, all nuts were made as per standard GB41-86.
