M30 Tunnel Segment Bolts for Chengdu Metro Line 18
In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 4,500 sets of M30 tunnel segment bolts to III phase of Chengdu Metro Line 18.
Chengdu Metro Line 18 is the eighth subway line in operation in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. The I and II phases of the project are not the first to open and operate on the day. The total length of the third phase of Chengdu Metro Line 18 is about 13.55km, with a total of 5 stations, all of which are underground.
In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 4,500 sets tunnel segment bolts to III phase of Chengdu Metro Line 18. Each set of tunnel bolts contains 14 pcs of longitudinal seam bolts: M30 R350, arc length 530, mechanical performance grade 6.8, hot-dip galvanized 0.07mm; 19 pcs of circumferential seam bolts: M30 R350, arc length 530, mechanical performance grade 6.8, hot-dip galvanized 0.07mm, 33 pcs of nuts: strength grade 6, hot-dip galvanized 0.05mm; 66 pcs of washers: mechanical property grade Hv=140, electro-galvanized 0.07mm.
