M30 Segment Connecting bolts, Strength Grade 6.8 for Fuzhou Metro Line 5
In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 123,984 sets of M30 segment connecting bolts to Fuzhou Metro Line 5 with a strength grade of 6.8.
Fuzhou Metro Line 5 (Fuzhou Metro Line 5) is a line under construction in Fuzhou Metro, Fujian Province, China. The first phase of the project started construction at the end of 2017, and the first section is expected to open for initial operation in mid-2022.
The total length of the first phase of Fuzhou Metro Line 5 is about 27.7 km, all of which are underground lines; a total of 20 stations are set up, all of which are underground stations; the maximum operating speed is 80 km/h.

- The segment connection bolts are made of 45#steel, and the surface of the bolts is treated with zinc chrome coating to prevent rust. The zinc chrome coating meets the requirements of “Specifications ofZinc/Chromate Coatings” (GB/T18684-2002), and the protection level is not lower than 9 after the 480h neutral salt spray test. The mechanical properties of the ring tunnel bolts are grade 6.8.
- The mechanical properties of the circumferential bolts and nuts and the longitudinal bolts and nuts are both grade 5.8.
- The flat washer and nut are made of 45# steel, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material meet the requirements of GB/T 699.
