Qingdao Metro Line 5 is a metro line under construction in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. It starts at Maidong Station and ends at Yunling Road Station, with a total length of approximately 32.6 km and 27 stations, including 12 interchange stations. It features a typical “C”-shaped loop design and is positioned as a high-capacity backbone line. The entire line is underground, with an investment of 26.03 billion yuan and a construction period of 5 years. It will use 6-car B-type trains with a maximum operating speed of 80 kilometers per hour and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Section 2, Construction Section 04 of Qingdao Metro Line 5 is a double-track section with a total length of 5090.5 meters. It is considered the most challenging section of the line. This section traverses a long distance through soft-over-hard strata, including high-strength slightly weathered granite and water-rich fault zones. It crosses over the operating Metro Line 1 and passes under the Jiaoji Passenger Dedicated Line and the Jiaoji Railway, presenting complex and varied geological conditions and an extremely challenging construction environment.

TB/T 2345 “Technical Conditions for Ordering Rail Joint Plates for 43kg/m to 75kg/m”.
Bolts and nuts shall comply with TB/T 2347 “High-strength Rail Joint Bolts and Nuts”.
60kg/m rails use grade 10.9 joint bolts and grade 10 nuts; 50kg/m rails use grade 8.8 joint bolts and grade 10 nuts.

The material of the rail joint clamps shall be 40Cr, 42CrMo, or alloy steel with properties not lower than the above.
