The Kuala Lumpur Metro Line 2 track engineering and maintenance vehicle project in Malaysia is the first track engineering general contracting project undertaken by China Communications Construction as the general contractor through international open bidding. China Communications Construction and George Kent jointly won the bid, and the Second Highway Engineering Bureau organized the construction.

For the design of the L wall of the track bed, the project designed and modified a detachable U-shaped clamp to connect the inner and outer molds of the L wall to avoid deformation due to relative movement; independently designed and processed a conductive rail bracket mold, so that the height and inclination of the reserved groove of the conductive rail bracket can be controlled during the track bed concrete pouring process, reducing the subsequent rectification and repair investment; independently designed and processed the embedded bolt positioning tool to accurately control the height and relative position of the embedded bolts to ensure that the switch installation meets the requirements.
Development of a simple automatic rail welding production line

The production line consists of four parts: a 25-meter standard rail storage area, a welding rail area, a long rail mobile grinding area and a storage area. It is arranged on the bridge deck, with a small footprint and high flexibility, reducing the number of operators, improving the mechanization of rail welding construction, and ensuring the quality of rail welding.
