The Azerbaijan Railway is the first railway from Aksu to Awati and Alar. It is part of the four vertical and four horizontal lines in the Xinjiang railway network. It is part of a vertical line from Altay to Karamay to Yining to Aksu. Construction started on the month. The project has a total investment of 3.512 billion yuan and a total line length of 114.6 km.
