Type II, Type III Rail Clip Fastening System for Wujiang Railway
From 2020-2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 108,196 sets of Type-II rail clip fastening system and Type-III rail clip fastening system used for 60kg/m steel rail to the repair and safety reinforcement of the equipment safety reinforcement project of the Wujiang Line.
Wujiang Railway is a railway from Wubei Station to Jiangjunmiao Station. The railway starts from Wubei Station in the Urumqi Railway Hub in the west, and passes through Midong District, Urumqi City, Urumqi City National Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Fukang City, Fukang Industrial Park at the autonomous region level, Beisantai Circular Economy Industrial Park in Jimusar County, and Zhundong Station from the Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone in Changji Prefecture to the Wucaiwan Mining Area of Zhundong Coalfield, and then along the Z917 Line in the Zhundong Coalfield ( Zhundong Highway) from the south side to the east, and finally to the Zhundong coalfield Jiangjunmiao mining area on the west side of the intersection of Z917 line and S228 line, the total length of the line is 257.035km.
In 2020, Wuzhun Railway Co., Ltd. started the repair and safety reinforcement of the equipment safety reinforcement project of the Wujiang Line, and replaced the arrival and departure lines of 16 stations including Weijiaquan from 50kg/m, 25m standard length rails to 60kg/m, 100 m fixed-length U75V new rail section seamless line, replacement of some switches. In addition, the compensation capacitors are rearranged in situ for the signals, and the signals are switched to switch equipment with external locking and laying of power cable capacity-enhancing transformers.
