50kg/m and 60kg/m Rail Fastening System for Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Railway

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 100,000 pieces of 10×149×185 rubber pads used for under-track, 3,144 sets of M24×135 high-strength joint bolts and nuts, and 3,144 pieces of single-coil spring washers to China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. 

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided P50 and P60 common rail fishplates, bonded insulating gauge rods, single coil spring washers, insulating joint bolts and nuts for China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 700,000 Pcs of M24*195 anti-corrosion screws, 700,000 Pcs of M24 anti-corrosion nuts, and 7,316 sets of 60kg/m rail clip fastener systems (for support blocks) and 898 sets of 60kg/m II rail clip fastening systems for the entire set of turnout overhaul accessories and daily production and maintenance to China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 32,000 sets of tunnel segment bolts, grade 5.8 for Zengcheng South Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has been providing high-strength joint bolts and nuts, T-bolts, high-strength nuts, single-coil spring washers, and flat washers to Xinjiang Xintie Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd from 2021 to 2022.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 24,282 sets of I-type rail clip fastening assembly, 31,870 sets of P50 gusset-type fastening assembly(dedicated line 3348-II guard rail fasteners), and 3,312 sets of P50 gusset-type track fastener assembly, 1640 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates, 20 pieces of railway spindles, 230 sets of fastening assembly for railway spindles to the coal logistics base project of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 22,450 sets of 24*195 screw spikes and M24 Nuts to the Longhai Railway.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided P50 and P60 rail joint splints(railway fishplates) to Jingshen Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 41,000 pcs of new type II concrete sleepers, 100  pcs of new type-II concrete capacitor sleepers, 1100  pcs of new type-IIIa concrete bridge sleepers, 84000 sets of P50 rail fastening systems, 2000 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates to Huaxian special railway.

Anyang Railway Co., Ltd. provided 6# and 10# anti-corrosion gauge baffle plates for the overhaul and track change plan for China Railway Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd, with a total of 1.1 million pieces.

Type I rail fastening system is suitable for 50kg/m and 60kg/m rails that fixed on concrete shoulders, it’s unnecessary to be fixed with rail clamp, due to it has good elasticity, less force loss and better maintain the geometric shape of rail track, so I type rail fasteners have become the popular and main fasteners in Chinese railway with concrete sleepers.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided rail joints(includes railway fishplates, joint bolts and spring washers) as well as the Type-I rail fastening systems for 50kg/m rails to Manzhouli Railway International Cargo Yard.

Type III Rail Fastening System (also called Type III elastic fasteners) are fasteners without bolts and shoulders. Fasteners without bolts and shoulders are the development trend of sleeper fasteners all over the world, and are especially suitable for heavy-load, large-volume, and high-density transportation conditions.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide type I rail clip fastener assemblies, type II rail clip fastener assemblies as well and railway rail fishplate, fishbolts to the newly built Jingye Group railway special line.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 93,246 pcs rubber pads of rail fastening system used under track to Daqin Railway.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided a large amount of railway track fixing materials to Xi’an Railway Bureau for the repair of rail change and railway sleepers change of Xikang Railway and Xiangyu Railway.

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd（AT）provided 43kg/km, 50kg/km, 60kg/km common joint fishplate and insulating joint fishplate and 60kg/km rail broken emergency splice bars (expansion splint), 43-50kg/km and 50-60kg/km special-shaped joint splint to China Railway Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 29,832 sets of 50kg I-type fastening systems (used in general areas) to the reconstruction of the railway Hulin branch line

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg I-type rail fastener system (according to TB/T 1495 standard), 60kg II-type rail fastener system (according to special line 3351), 60kg III-type rail fastener system for the electrification reconstruction project of Wuhu-Guangde Railway (according to the dedicated line (01) 3328).

From 2018 to 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 1,108,532 sets of 60kg Type II ordinary railway fastening systems, 263,892 sets of 50kg Type I ordinary railway fastening systems, and 60kg ballastless transition section auxiliary to the East Ring Road of Chongqing Railway Hub Rail fasteners, a total of 157316 sets of the rail fastener assembly.

Type II rail fastening systems (also called Spring clip II fastenings) are suitable for connecting 60kg/m steel rails and prestressed concrete sleepers, prestressed wide concrete sleepers, and monolithic track beds on straight lines of standard gauge railways and lines with a radius of R≥300m;

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 14,685 pieces of railroad track joint bars to China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd, including regular joint bars and rail insulated joint bars for 43kg/m,50kg/m, and 60kg/m rails, as well as compromise joint bars for 43-50kg/m, 50-60kg/m, 60-75kg/m rail.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd（AT）provided 50kg/km common joint fishplates to Hohhot Railway Bureau Hohhot Public Works Section.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 3080 sets of type I clip fastener assembly for 50kg/m rail and 6098 sets of type II clip fastener assembly for 60kg/m rail for the reconstruction project of the Harbin-Jiamusi Wangsun Uplink Super Bridge.

Anyang Railway Equipment will provide 386,581 sets of Type-II Rail Fastening Systems to the Aksu-Alar Railway in 2021.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided P50 fishplate and 24*145 fishtail bolts for Afghan Railway.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide a large number of railroad joint bars, joint bolts, high-strength joint bolts, elastic washers, frozen joint bars, and track fastening systems for wheel guard rail to the newly built Rizhao Lanshan Shugang Railway for 50kg/ m and 60kg/m rail,

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 2110 sets of 50kg/m I-type track fastener assembly, 1332 pieces of 50kg/m rail splice bars, and 3996 sets of M24*145 joint bolts to Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided the Xiantong Railway with nuts, gauge baffles, flat washers, and gauge baffles for rail change work.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg and 60kg Type I Fastening System, 60kg Type II Fastening System, 60kg Type III low-resistance elastic railway fastener assembly, new type III 50kg guard rail fastening system to the Shugang Railway in Dongjiakou Port Area requirements), a total of 230,476 sets of fastener systems.
