P50 and P60 ordinary rail joint fittings(joint bars, joint bolts, nuts, spring washers) for Huaihua-Hengyang Railway

In 2014, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 60-50kg/m rail special-shaped rail joint fittings(railway fishplates, joint bolts, nuts, spring washers), 50kg/m and 60kg/m ordinary rail joint fittings and rail guard fittings to Tianjin-Baoding Railway.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 9800 sets of DJK5-1 rail fastening systems, 6142 sets of Type I rail fastening systems, 681 sets of No. 100 rail fastening systems, 630 sets of regular joint bars for 50kg/m rails and 133 sets of damping joint bars for 50kg/m rails to Longzihu Road Parking Lot.

Anyang Railway Equipment provided Anyang-Kowloon Railway with 27,333 sets of Type I railway fastener assembly and 23,016 sets of Type II railway fastener assembly, 6735 sets of type III railway fastener assembly.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) will provide P50 and P60 railway rail splice bars and protect rail fastener system to Yongzhou Station.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided P50 rail clip fastening systems, guard rail fasteners, bridge sleeper guard rail fasteners, spindles, and other railway equipment for Nariobi-Malaba Railway Project in Kenya.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Baoxi Railway with rail clamps, washers, nuts, nylon baffle seats and WJ7 railway rail fastening systems for the overhaul of Baoxi Railway’s rails.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 3080 sets of Type-I clip fastening system used for 50kg/m rails to the new Harbin to Mudanjiang Wangzhaotun power supply and maintenance train depot project.

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg I-type rail fastener system (according to TB/T 1495 standard), 60kg II-type rail fastener system (according to special line 3351), 60kg III-type rail fastener system for the electrification reconstruction project of Wuhu-Guangde Railway (according to the dedicated line (01) 3328).

From 2020 to 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 183,370 sets of P50 guard rail fasteners to Xingquan Railway (Ningquan Section).

Type I rail fastening system is suitable for 50kg/m and 60kg/m rails that fixed on concrete shoulders, it’s unnecessary to be fixed with rail clamp, due to it has good elasticity, less force loss and better maintain the geometric shape of rail track, so I type rail fasteners have become the popular and main fasteners in Chinese railway with concrete sleepers.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided 53,000 pieces of 6# gauge plates and 53,000 pieces of 10# gauge plates to the Yan’an and Suide sections of Baoxi Railway for the rail change project.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. Has been providing the rail clips, flat washers, screws spikes, gauge baffle plates, nylon baffle seats to Guangxi Coastal Railway Co., Ltd. to the expansion and transformation of the Qingang branch railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 24,282 sets of I-type rail clip fastening assembly, 31,870 sets of P50 gusset-type fastening assembly(dedicated line 3348-II guard rail fasteners), and 3,312 sets of P50 gusset-type track fastener assembly, 1640 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates, 20 pieces of railway spindles, 230 sets of fastening assembly for railway spindles to the coal logistics base project of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided double-head six-hole rail splice bar(rail fishplates) used for 50kg/m and 60kg/m rail in the newly built Golmud-Korla Railway Xinjiang Section.

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg Type I Fastening System, 60kg ballastless transition Auxiliary rail fasteners, rail fastener, 60kg Type II Fastening System, a total of 126,334 sets of railway fastener systems to the Beijing-Shenyang railway passenger dedicated line.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 16,128 sets of guard rail fastener systems and 41 sets of rail spindles to the Yongxin Railway Special Line.

Anyang Railway Equipment will provide 386,581 sets of Type-II Rail Fastening Systems to the Aksu-Alar Railway in 2021.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 35,380 sets of 50kg/m Type-I rail elastic clip fastening system and 100 sets of 60kg/m Type-II rail elastic clip fastening system to the special line project of Dongying Mingsheng Railway Logistics Park.

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided rail clips, gauge baffles, rail spikes, nuts, plain washers to the Huaihua Railway.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 50kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint,  high-strength track bolt with grade 8.8, grade 10 high-strength nut with grade 10, single coil spring washer) and 60kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint, Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts, grade 10 high-strength nuts, high-strength flat washers) for Huangda Railway.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 85,132 pieces of I-type rail tension clips, ZX-2 type tension clips, II-type tension clips, and I-type inspection pit rail clips to Tianjin Rail Transit Line 4 in 2022. and 225,415 rubber plates.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. as the main supplier of railroad materials in the Benguela Railway Project, provided 80% of railway construction materials for 3000km railroads in Angola, we mainly provided elastic rail clips, joint bars, insulated joint bars, gauge tie rods, gauge plates, etc.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg I-type general-speed rail fastener systems and 60kg I-type general-speed fasteners, 60kg II-type general-speed rail fastener systems to Yungui Railway.

During 2019-2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided China-Laos Railway with 848,262 sets of type II rail fastening system for 60kg/m steel rail (used in general area), 153,345 sets of special rail fastening system for wheel guard rails (according to the design drawings of special line 3448), and 120,322 sets of type I rail fastening system (used in acid area ), 73 tons of bridge pier hanging fence (including angle steel, backing plate, M20 bolts, M16 nuts), 2000 pieces of P60 rail joints.

Type II rail fastening systems (also called Spring clip II fastenings) are suitable for connecting 60kg/m steel rails and prestressed concrete sleepers, prestressed wide concrete sleepers, and monolithic track beds on straight lines of standard gauge railways and lines with a radius of R≥300m;

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Guangzhou Metro Line 11 with 950 sets of damping joint bars for 50kg/m rail, 40 sets of damping joint bars for 60kg/m rail, and 60 sets of regular joint bars for 50kg /m rail and 1036 sets of regular joint bars for 60kg/m rail.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 14,685 pieces of railroad track joint bars to China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd, including regular joint bars and rail insulated joint bars for 43kg/m,50kg/m, and 60kg/m rails, as well as compromise joint bars for 43-50kg/m, 50-60kg/m, 60-75kg/m rail.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided P50 fishplate and 24*145 fishtail bolts for Afghan Railway.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg and 60kg Type I Fastening System, 60kg Type II Fastening System, 60kg Type III low-resistance elastic railway fastener assembly, new type III 50kg guard rail fastening system to the Shugang Railway in Dongjiakou Port Area requirements), a total of 230,476 sets of fastener systems.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided P50 and P60 rail joint splints(railway fishplates) to Jingshen Railway.
