Type I and Type II Fastening Systems Supplier for Chengdu Railway Station Renovation Project
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. Provided the Chengdu Railway Station renovation project with 7,200 sets of 50kg/m Type I rail clip fastening systems and 164,000 sets of 60kg/m Type II rail clip fastening systems.
Chengdu Railway Station, originally built in 1952, is the starting station of the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, the first railway built in the People’s Republic of China. This expansion and renovation project, undertaken by China Railway Construction Engineering Group, is located at the intersection of Chengdu’s Second Ring Road and Renmin North Road, built on the original site of the old station. The station building has a floor area of about 80,000 m2, with 10 platforms and 18 tracks, positioned as a core project of the Southwest regional railway hub. After the renovation, Chengdu Station will integrate high-speed rail, urban rail, subway (lines 1/7/18), and buses, achieving “three-dimensional intersection and zero-transfer” transportation.
