Fishplates, Rail Joint Bolts for Tianjin-Baoding Railway

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided ordinary fishplates and insulating joint splints, rubber pads used under rail, A-type rail tension clips, B-type rail tension clips to Qujing Works Section of China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has been providing 2,580,000 pieces of type-II rail elastic clips to China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd, which are used for passenger and freight railroads.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 93,246 pcs rubber pads of rail fastening system used under track to Daqin Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 5,155 sets of Type II Rail Fastening System to Baocheng Line K227 geological disaster remediation and rerouting project in 2021. Each set of Type II Rail Fastening System includes screw spikes, rail clips, nuts, washers, gauge baffle plates, rubber pads, nylon baffle seats, etc.

Type I rail fastening system is suitable for 50kg/m and 60kg/m rails that fixed on concrete shoulders, it’s unnecessary to be fixed with rail clamp, due to it has good elasticity, less force loss and better maintain the geometric shape of rail track, so I type rail fasteners have become the popular and main fasteners in Chinese railway with concrete sleepers.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 22,450 sets of 24*195 screw spikes and M24 Nuts to the Longhai Railway.

Type II rail fastening systems (also called Spring clip II fastenings) are suitable for connecting 60kg/m steel rails and prestressed concrete sleepers, prestressed wide concrete sleepers, and monolithic track beds on straight lines of standard gauge railways and lines with a radius of R≥300m;

During 2019-2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided China-Laos Railway with 848,262 sets of type II rail fastening system for 60kg/m steel rail (used in general area), 153,345 sets of special rail fastening system for wheel guard rails (according to the design drawings of special line 3448), and 120,322 sets of type I rail fastening system (used in acid area ), 73 tons of bridge pier hanging fence (including angle steel, backing plate, M20 bolts, M16 nuts), 2000 pieces of P60 rail joints.

Type III Rail Fastening System (also called Type III elastic fasteners) are fasteners without bolts and shoulders. Fasteners without bolts and shoulders are the development trend of sleeper fasteners all over the world, and are especially suitable for heavy-load, large-volume, and high-density transportation conditions.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Nanlong Railway with a combination of 50kg/m rail joint splint and M24*145 rail bolts (intensity grade 8.8) with ut, φ24 single coil spring washers and 50kg/m ordinary insulation rail joints (each set of insulation rail joint combination includes 2 insulation joint bars, 6 sets of rail bolts with nuts, 6 pcs of single-coil spring washer, 12 pcs of flat washers, etc).

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided P50 and P60 rail joint splints(railway fishplates) to Jingshen Railway.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment will supply 280,171 pieces of Type II rail elastic clips to China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided China-Laos Railway with type II rail fastening system, special rail fastening system for wheel guard rails, type I rail fastening system, bridge pier hanging fence, backing plate, 2000 pieces of P60 rail joints.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has been providing embedded U-bolts, ballast steel plates, tie plates, etc for the capacity expansion and reconstruction project of the Emei-Miyi section of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Shanghai Railway Group Co., Ltd with a total of 14,220 pcs of railroad fishplates, including 120 pieces of 43kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates, 7000 pcs of 50kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates, and 7100 pcs of 60kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates used for the maintenance of rails.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 50kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint,  high-strength track bolt with grade 8.8, grade 10 high-strength nut with grade 10, single coil spring washer) and 60kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint, Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts, grade 10 high-strength nuts, high-strength flat washers) for Huangda Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Heavy-Load Rail Fastening System, Guard Rail Fastening Systems, Joint Bars, Guard Rail Spindles, Nylon Insulator, Plastic Dowel, Spring Washer, etc for Haoji Railway.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide type I rail clip fastener assemblies, type II rail clip fastener assemblies as well and railway rail fishplate, fishbolts to the newly built Jingye Group railway special line.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided 386,581 sets of Type II rail elastic clip Fastening Systems to the Aksu-Alar Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided P60 railway rail joint bars, P50 railway rail joint bars, P50 track fastener assemblies, P50 track fastener assemblies for guard rail and spindles, turnout spindles to the newly constructed Jingye Group Railway Special Line.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided 53,000 pieces of 6# gauge plates and 53,000 pieces of 10# gauge plates to the Yan’an and Suide sections of Baoxi Railway for the rail change project.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 50kg/m I-type rail clip fastener system, 60kg/m I-type rail clip fastener system, 60kg II-type elastic fastener system and new III bridge 50kg/m guard rail fastener system to Wuhan Xingang Jiangbei Railway, a total of 240,363 sets of various rail fastener systems.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided P50 fishplate and 24*145 fishtail bolts for Afghan Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 16,128 sets of guard rail fastener systems and 41 sets of rail spindles to the Yongxin Railway Special Line.

in 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 129,578 sets of rail fastener system for the guard rail wheel, 266 sets of spindles and accessories for the guard rail wheel to Quning Railway.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 38,957 sets of fastener assemblies to Xuyong-Bijie Railway, including 29,564 sets of I-type clip fastening system, 8,189 sets of II-type clip fastening system, and 904 sets of fastening systems used for small-diameter radius concrete sleeper.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 41,000 pcs of new type II concrete sleepers, 100  pcs of new type-II concrete capacitor sleepers, 1100  pcs of new type-IIIa concrete bridge sleepers, 84000 sets of P50 rail fastening systems, 2000 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates to Huaxian special railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided a large number of 50kg Type-I Rail Fastener System for 50kg/m steel rail, Type-II Rail Fastener System for 60kg/m steel rail, Type DJK5-1 Rail Fastener System for the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway project.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 3080 sets of Type-I clip fastening system used for 50kg/m rails to the new Harbin to Mudanjiang Wangzhaotun power supply and maintenance train depot project.
