Track laying steps in metro tunnel

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 50kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint,  high-strength track bolt with grade 8.8, grade 10 high-strength nut with grade 10, single coil spring washer) and 60kg/m sleeper fittings (joint splint, Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts, grade 10 high-strength nuts, high-strength flat washers) for Huangda Railway.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide M24 and M27 eccentric self-locking nuts, M24 cap nuts, M24 high-strength nuts, M24 zinc-hardened chrome nuts, etc. to China Railway Xi’an Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided M30 segment tunnel bolts, grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanizing to Dongguan Rail Transit Line 1

In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 60,000 sets of Type III split fastening systems to the Xi’an Metro Line 15 track laying project.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 81,037 sets of WJ-7B rail fastener system to the 5th tender section of Jinyidong Municipal Rail Transit in 2022.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 74320 sets of Type III railway fastening systems for P60 steel rails to Zhengzhou Metro Line 6 Phase I Project.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment provided 103,163 pcs of 6# gauge baffles, 103,163 pcs of 10# gauge baffles, 206,326 pcs of Type II track tension clips, 207,352 pcs of flat washers and 207,352 pcs of nut for seamless steel rail regulation in Xi’an-Pingliang Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 37,000 sets of ZX-2 rail fastening systems (including rail clips, tie plats, rubber pads, T-bolts, plastic dowels, washers, gussets, etc) for the first phase of Shenyang Metro Line 4 from 2021 to 2022.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 100,000 pieces of 10×149×185 rubber pads used for under-track, 3,144 sets of M24×135 high-strength joint bolts and nuts, and 3,144 pieces of single-coil spring washers to China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 151,364 sets of DZⅢ-type fastening systems (for 60kg/m rail) and 24,785 sets of DZⅢ-3  fastening systems (for 60kg/m rails), 20291 sets of I-type railway fastening systems(for 50kg/m rail), 4271 sets of II-type railway fastening systems (for 60kg/m rail), 1691 sets of CZ-1 fastening systems (for 50kg/m rail) rail).

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 61,000 sets of DTVI2-type railroad track fastener assemblies, 1,500 sets of railroad track fastener assemblies for integral ballast bed, 3520 sets of P60 rail I-type elastic clip track fastener assemblies, 6150 sets of P50 rail I-type track fastener assemblies, 450 sets of elastic I-type elastic clip track fastener assemblies without separation to Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5.
