In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Shenzhen Metro Line 3 with 198548 sets of shield tunnel segment bolts (grade 8.8 M27*545), annular seam connecting bolts and 16 sets/rings, longitudinal seam connecting bolts and their connecting pairs 12 sets/ring, 1 connecting bolt + 1 nut + 2 washers = 1 set; the mechanical property level of the bolt is 8.8, the mechanical property level of the nut is 8.0, and the minimum mechanical property level of the washer is Hv=200; bolts, nuts, Washers are all made of zinc-based chromate anti-corrosion coating with a thickness of 7 μm.
