Type-III Track Fastening System and Turnouts Fastening System for Wuhan Metro Line 7

HB-AT Rail Fastening System was independently designed and manufactured for Sudan railways by Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided 3920 sets of Turnouts Fastening System for Qingdao Metro 4, including Rail Spikes, Rail Clips, T-bolts, Nuts, Spring Washers, Flat Washers, and Tie Plates.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 38,464 sets of Type-III rail clip fastening systems to the second phase of Zhengzhou Metro Line 3. Each set of Type-III rail clip fastening contains rail clips, iron pads, rail clamps, anchor bolts, washers, rubber pads, Insulating gauge block, sockets, etc.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided DTIII2 Track Fastener Assembly to Suzhou Rail Transit Line S1. Each set of DTIII2 track fastener system includes rail clips, screw spikes, tie plates, T-bolts, elastic washers, flat washers, nuts.

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided DTVI2 railway rail fastener systems, P60 frozen rail joints, regular rail fishplates, P60 high-strength rail bolts with nuts, spring washers, P60 bulging rail fishplates, gauge insulating rods, fine gauge block, and height-adjusting pads under tie plates and height-adjusting pads under rails to Chongqing Metro Line 9.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 4,500 sets of M30 tunnel segment bolts to III phase of Chengdu Metro Line 18.

From 2020 to 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 183,370 sets of P50 guard rail fasteners(protect rail fastening system) to Xingquan Railway.

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 100,000 cast-iron tie plates (used for DTIII type rail fastener systems) to Shenzhen Metro Line 10.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided the project with 13,746 sets of DJK5-4 track fastening systems, 7,980 sets of DJK5-1 type track fastener systems, 7,980 sets of DJK5-1 track fastening systems, and 132 sets of Type-I clip separated rail fastening systems, 20242 sets of elastic Type-I railway fastening system to the Zhengzhou-Gongyi Municipal Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied cast-iron tie plates and distance-adjusting clamps for railway rail fastening systems to Changsha Rail Transit Line 3, all of which are made of QT450-10.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 74320 sets of Type III railway fastening systems for P60 steel rails to Zhengzhou Metro Line 6 Phase I Project.

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided DJK5-1 track fastening system, II-type track fastening system, DTVI2 track fastening system, I-type track fastening system, frame plate type rail fastener system to Xi’an Metro Line 5.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided 30,000 sets ZX-2 railway rail fastening system to Nanjing Metro Line 7.

In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided M30 tunnel segment bolts to Xiamen Metro Line 4

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 444,297 pieces of under-rail rubber pads (10*149*190mm, 10*149*185mm, 10*149*190mm) to Daqin Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Shenzhen Metro Line 3 with 198548 sets of M27 shield tunnel segment bolts.

Type DTVI-2 Track Fastening Systems are composed of iron base plates, tension clamps, rubber rail plates I, rubber rail plates II, gauge insulators, screw spikes, heavy spring washers, and nylon sleeves. In addition, in order to adjust the height of the rail, the height adjustment pad is necessary.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide Type-II Divided Rail Clip Fastening Systems to the West Ring Road of Changzhou-Zhuzhou-Tanzhou Intercity Rail Transit. Each set of Type-II Divided Rail Clip Fastening System includes iron pad, rubber pad, rail clip, anchor bolts, nuts, washers, nylon dowel, insulating gauge block, etc.

In 2014, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided M30 Tunnel Segment Bolts for Tianjin Rail Transit Line 6.

In 2019, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 19,600 sets of railway fastener assembly for P50 check rail, and 22 sets of joint spindles for P50 check rail to the Beijing-Xiong Intercity Railway.
