ZX-1 Track Fastener System for Nanjing Metro Line S6
In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 26,000 sets of ZX-1 type track fastener system (including iron backing plates, anchor bolts, T-bolts, lock nuts, and double-coil spring washers) to Nanjing Metro Line S6.
The Nanjing Metro is an urban rail transit serving Nanjing, China, and various areas of the Nanjing Metropolitan Area. Its first subway line opened on May 15, 2005.
Till December 2020, Nanjing Metro has opened a total of 10 operating lines, including lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, S1, S3, S7, S8, and S9, all of which use the subway system, with a total of 174 stations. The total length of the Metro line of Nanjing is 378 km and the total length of the line ranks 6th in China (after Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Shenzhen), covering 11 municipal districts of Nanjing. Nanjing became China’s first city will all districts and counties to cover subways.
Nanjing Metro Line S6, the project is called “Nanjing to Jurong Intercity Rail Transit Project”, also known as Nanjing Metro Ningju Line and Ningju Intercity, is the 11th completed line in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China It is also the first cross-city subway line opened by Nanjing Metro. The Construction of Nanjing Metro Line S6 was started on December 21, 2018, and it was officially opened on December 28, 2021.
The total length of Nanjing Metro Line S6 is 43.7 km, of which the underground section is 16.26 km, the ground section is 1.36 km, and the elevated section is 26.08 km; there are 13 stations in total, including 7 underground stations and 6 elevated stations; the highest operating speed 120 km/h.
In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 26,000 sets of ZX-1 type track fastener system (including iron backing plates, anchor bolts, T-bolts, lock nuts, and double-coil spring washers) to Nanjing Metro Line S6, including 17,051 sets of 50kg /m rail I-type clip fastener system, 6002 sets of 60kg/m II-type clip fastener system, 180000 pieces of ZX-2 small resistance rail spring clips, 128 sets of 60kg/m frozen rail joint bars (follows the “60kg/m frozen joint for rail” “standard), 1500 sets of insulating rail joint bar (follows the standard of special line 3343 “Ordinary Insulation Rail Joints”), 300 sets of 60kg/m rail joint bar(” TB/T2345-2008″ standard for 60kg/m rail), 10 sets of bulging rial joint bar, 100 sets of 60kg/m anti-jump first aid rail clamping devices, and 20 sets of 60kg/m rail non-destructive clamping devices.
