Type I, Type II Fastening Systems for Railway Reconstruction Project
In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 1,045 sets of Type I fastening systems for 50kg/m rails and 4,223 sets of Type II fastening systems for 60kg/m rails to the existing railway reconstruction project of the Suihua Station to departure line extension project.

The metal parts of the fastening systems should be galvanized for corrosion protection. The tie plates (pressure pads) and spring bars are treated by electrostatic spraying. The spray color is black or gray, and the coating thickness is 70~90μm. The coating surface shall not have defects such as missing spraying and accumulation. It shall not fall off during normal transportation and installation.
Screw spikes, flat washers, etc. are treated by Dacromet method, and the treatment layer shall not fall off during normal transportation and installation. The protection level of parts after galvanized anti-rust treatment shall not be lower than level 9 after 120h salt spray test. The coating technical requirements shall meet the requirements of “Technical Conditions for Zinc Layer” (GB/T 18684-2002).
Implementation standards and specifications
Type I fastening systems shall be implemented in accordance with TB/T 1495-1992.
Type II fastening systems is implemented in accordance with TB/T 3065-2002) and meets the requirements of Special Line 3351.
Main technical requirements
- The fastening systemes uses a height adjustment pad to adjust the horizontal height of the rail, and the maximum height adjustment is allowed to be 10mm. The technical conditions of the height adjustment pad shall comply with the provisions of TB1783 or TB1784.
- The material of the rail clip is 60Si2Mn or 55Si2Mn hot-rolled spring round steel, the technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB1222, and the hardness of the spring clip is HRC41~46.
- The guide plate is made of hot-rolled steel for railways, the material of the steel is Q235-A steel, and the technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB700.
- The material of the flat washer is Q235-A steel, and the technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB700.
