Gauge Baffles, Track Tension Clips, Flat Washers for Xi’an-Pingliang Railway
In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment provided 103,163 pcs of 6# gauge baffles, 103,163 pcs of 10# gauge baffles, 206,326 pcs of Type II track tension clips, 207,352 pcs of flat washers and 207,352 pcs of nut for seamless steel rail regulation in Xi’an-Pingliang Railway.
The Xi’an-Pingliang Railway is a key construction project during the national “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period. With a total length of 263.1 km, it is a national-level electrified single-track railway (including Yongshouliang Tunnel which has completed double-track construction at one time), with a design speed of 120 km/h, the construction was started in November 2008, with a construction period of four years. Affected by the cultural relics protection of Dayun Temple in Jingchuan, the construction period was delayed for 1.5 years. It was completed and opened for operation on December 20, 2013.
In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment provided Xi’an-Pingliang Railway with railway construction materials for seamless steel rail regulation, including 103,163 pcs of 6# gauge baffles, 103,163 pcs of 10# gauge baffles, 206,326 pcs of Type II track tension clips, 207,352 pcs of flat washers and 207,352 pcs of nut. The gauge baffles are in accordance with TB/T4195.3-1992, the type II track tension clips are in accordance with TB/T3065.2-2002, the flat washers are in accordance with TB/T1495.4-1992, and the nuts are in accordance with GB/T41-2000 standard.
