Type I and Type II Fastening System Supplier for Guangzhou-Foshan and Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway Project
In 2025, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 76,786 sets of Type I Fastening system and Type II Fastening System to the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway (Guangzhou-Foshan Section) and Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway project.
The Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway, also known as the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Passenger Dedicated Line, is a high-speed railway from Guangzhou to Zhanjiang in Guangdong Province. It mainly carries inter-provincial passenger traffic and takes into account intra-provincial passenger traffic. It is an important part of China’s “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network. The line starts from Guangzhou Station, passes through Foshan, Zhaoqing, Yunfu, Yangchun, Yangjiang, Maoming, Zhanjiang and other cities along the way, and ends at Zhanjiang North Station. The main line is about 401 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 350 km/h. The Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway is an important part of the national “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network and the 350 km/h coastal railway passenger channel. It is a high-speed railway connecting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Hainan Free Trade Port and the Beibu Gulf City Cluster. After the project is completed, it will greatly shorten the time and space distance between the western Guangdong region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and greatly improve the travel conditions of the people in the western Guangdong region.
On September 30, 2019, the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway officially started construction. On June 30, 2020, the entire Guangzhou-Zhantou High-speed Railway started construction. The entire Guangzhou-Zhantou High-speed Railway is scheduled to be completed on December 31, 2025.
Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway, namely the Zhangzhou-Shantou section of the Ningbo-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, is a high-speed railway connecting Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, the People’s Republic of China and Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is an important part of the “Coastal Corridor”, one of the main channels of China’s “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed railway network.
Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway starts from Zhangzhou Station, passes through Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, Chaozhou City and Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and connects to Shantou Station. The length of the railway line is about 175 km, with a designed speed of 350km/h and a total of 7 stations.
On February 4, 2024, the construction of Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway started. On November 27, 2024, the first pile of the Nongyi Super Bridge of the 2nd section of the Fujian section of the Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway was drilled.
The Zhangshan High-speed Railway is an important part of the “coastal channel”, one of the main channels of the national “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network, and is a key node for opening up the southeast coastal high-speed railway passenger channel of Guangzhou-Shanwei-Shantou-Zhangzhou-Xiamen-Fuzhou. After the completion of the project, it will be of great significance to accelerate the exchange between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Haixi Economic Zone, and strengthen the interconnection and economic cooperation between Fujian and Guangdong, especially the Southern Fujian Golden Triangle and the Pearl River Delta.
