The dedicated line project of Panjiang (Puding) Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Maguan Town, Puding County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province. The dedicated line is planned to be connected to the National Railway Shanghai-Kunming Line. The connecting station is Huangtong Station, and the station center mileage is K2127+501. The connection point is located at the Kunming Duan Throat Anshun Power Plant railway dedicated line approach at Huangtong Station. Send 1 million tons/year of fly ash and gypsum, and reach 2.5 million tons/year of coal. The line is led from the dedicated line entrance of Anshun Power Plant on the opposite side of the Kunming end of the existing Shanghai-Kunming Railway Huangtong Station. After leaving the station, the line goes northwest and crosses Huangmuding Avenue. Then the line passes under the bridge near Taiping Post Office. After passing through the Taiping Neighborhood Committee on the left side, the Anliu Intercity Railway turns to the west and crosses the Huangzhi Railway and the Huangzhi Dispersion Line respectively. Then the line turns to the northeast and is located near the fourth team of Taiping Farm in the middle of Tu’er Mountain. Power plant station, the line length is 4.710km. Among them, there are three bridges: Taiping Farm Framework Bridge, Taiping Farm Middle Bridge and Taiping Farm Extra Large Bridge. The total length of the bridge is 1732.367m, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 36.78%. Huangtong Station will maintain its existing scale, and 559.04m of the existing Anshun Power Plant railway dedicated line will be reconstructed. Puding Power Plant Station is equipped with 3 arrival and departure lines, 1 contact line, 1 machine folding line, 1 machine standby line, 1 heavy car line, 1 empty car line, 1 storage line, quick loading system loading 1 line, 1 cargo line, and 1 pull-out line.
