Type I, II, III Rail Fastening System for Wuhu-Guangde Railway

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Guangzhou Metro Line 11 with 950 sets of damping joint bars for 50kg/m rail, 40 sets of damping joint bars for 60kg/m rail, and 60 sets of regular joint bars for 50kg /m rail and 1036 sets of regular joint bars for 60kg/m rail.

From 2018 to 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 1,108,532 sets of 60kg Type II ordinary railway fastening systems, 263,892 sets of 50kg Type I ordinary railway fastening systems, and 60kg ballastless transition section auxiliary to the East Ring Road of Chongqing Railway Hub Rail fasteners, a total of 157316 sets of the rail fastener assembly.

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide type I rail clip fastener assemblies, type II rail clip fastener assemblies as well and railway rail fishplate, fishbolts to the newly built Jingye Group railway special line.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 100,000 pieces of 10×149×185 rubber pads used for under-track, 3,144 sets of M24×135 high-strength joint bolts and nuts, and 3,144 pieces of single-coil spring washers to China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. 

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd（AT）provided 50kg/km common joint fishplates to Hohhot Railway Bureau Hohhot Public Works Section.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Baoxi Railway with rail clamps, washers, nuts, nylon baffle seats and WJ7 railway rail fastening systems for the overhaul of Baoxi Railway’s rails.

In 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Nanlong Railway with a combination of 50kg/m rail joint splint and M24*145 rail bolts (intensity grade 8.8) with ut, φ24 single coil spring washers and 50kg/m ordinary insulation rail joints (each set of insulation rail joint combination includes 2 insulation joint bars, 6 sets of rail bolts with nuts, 6 pcs of single-coil spring washer, 12 pcs of flat washers, etc).

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided P60 type III sleeper fastening accessories, P50 sleeper fastening accessories, rail fastening accessories on the bridge, rail tie rods to Xuyu Railway.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 13,000 sets of I-type track fastening system, 1,300 sets of 50kg/m rail joint bars as well as accessories (with bolts and spring washers) and 375 pcs of gauge tie rods to the Changsha Xingang railway (Phase III).

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provides P50 and P60 ordinary rail joint fittings(joint bars, joint bolts, nuts, spring washers) to Huaihua-Hengyang Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided rail joints(includes railway fishplates, joint bolts and spring washers) as well as the Type-I rail fastening systems for 50kg/m rails to Manzhouli Railway International Cargo Yard.

in 2020, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 129,578 sets of rail fastener system for the guard rail wheel, 266 sets of spindles and accessories for the guard rail wheel to Quning Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided China-Laos Railway with type II rail fastening system, special rail fastening system for wheel guard rails, type I rail fastening system, bridge pier hanging fence, backing plate, 2000 pieces of P60 rail joints.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 29,832 sets of 50kg I-type fastening systems (used in general areas) to the reconstruction of the railway Hulin branch line

From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide a large number of railroad joint bars, joint bolts, high-strength joint bolts, elastic washers, frozen joint bars, and track fastening systems for wheel guard rail to the newly built Rizhao Lanshan Shugang Railway for 50kg/ m and 60kg/m rail,

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 10125 sets of normal railway fastening systems and 1016 sets of joint fastening systems and 45 cast spindles to the Jiangnao Railway.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 3080 sets of type I clip fastener assembly for 50kg/m rail and 6098 sets of type II clip fastener assembly for 60kg/m rail for the reconstruction project of the Harbin-Jiamusi Wangsun Uplink Super Bridge.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 24,282 sets of I-type rail clip fastening assembly, 31,870 sets of P50 gusset-type fastening assembly(dedicated line 3348-II guard rail fasteners), and 3,312 sets of P50 gusset-type track fastener assembly, 1640 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates, 20 pieces of railway spindles, 230 sets of fastening assembly for railway spindles to the coal logistics base project of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd provided a total of 2,795,976 sets of rail fastening systems and 127,895 pcs of rubber products for Hotan-Ruoqiang Railway, Golmud-Korla railway, and Southern Xinjiang Railway.

Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 5,155 sets of Type II Rail Fastening System to Baocheng Line K227 geological disaster remediation and rerouting project in 2021. Each set of Type II Rail Fastening System includes screw spikes, rail clips, nuts, washers, gauge baffle plates, rubber pads, nylon baffle seats, etc.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 85,132 pieces of I-type rail tension clips, ZX-2 type tension clips, II-type tension clips, and I-type inspection pit rail clips to Tianjin Rail Transit Line 4 in 2022. and 225,415 rubber plates.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Co., Ltd. supplied zinc-nickel anti-rust gauge baffles, zinc-nickel flat washers, and zinc-nickel nuts in the Guangzhou railway section.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided Shanghai Railway Group Co., Ltd with a total of 14,220 pcs of railroad fishplates, including 120 pieces of 43kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates, 7000 pcs of 50kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates, and 7100 pcs of 60kg/m rail regular railroad fishplates used for the maintenance of rails.

In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied 11141 sets of guard rail fastening systems and 45 sets of cast guard rail spindles to Jiangnao Railway.

In 2017, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided Keta Railway with 50kg/m rail joint splint, M24*145 fishtail bolt (strength 10.9) with double coil spring washers.

In 2016, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd（AT）provided 43kg/km, 50kg/km, 60kg/km common joint fishplate and insulating joint fishplate and 60kg/km rail broken emergency splice bars (expansion splint), 43-50kg/km and 50-60kg/km special-shaped joint splint to China Railway Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

Type I rail fastening system is suitable for 50kg/m and 60kg/m rails that fixed on concrete shoulders, it’s unnecessary to be fixed with rail clamp, due to it has good elasticity, less force loss and better maintain the geometric shape of rail track, so I type rail fasteners have become the popular and main fasteners in Chinese railway with concrete sleepers.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd supplied 3080 sets of Type-I clip fastening system used for 50kg/m rails to the new Harbin to Mudanjiang Wangzhaotun power supply and maintenance train depot project.

In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment provided the Xiantong Railway with nuts, gauge baffles, flat washers, and gauge baffles for rail change work.
