The new underground raw water tunnel (Xikeng-Gooseneck) project starts from the north side of Qikeng Reservoir and ends at the east side of Gooseneck Reservoir. It is an important connecting link between the east and west water supply pattern and an effective guarantee for building a safe and healthy water ecosystem.

The project spans Fucheng and Dalang Streets in Longhua District and Fenghuang Street in Guangming District. The total length of the water conveyance tunnel is about 4,025m. The designed water conveyance scale is 800,000 cubic meters per day. The construction content mainly includes water conveyance tunnels, water inlet and outlet structures and other supporting facilities.

In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 50,400 sets of M30 tunnel segment bolts (1 connecting bolt + 1 washer as a set) to the new underground raw water tunnel (Xikeng-Gooseneck) project.

lThe mechanical performance grade of segment bolts is 8.8. The minimum tensile load of grade 8.8 M30 bolts is not less than 466kN, and the guaranteed load is not less than 337kN. The remaining requirements are in accordance with the requirements of the “Mechanical Properties of Fasteners Bolts, Screws and Studs” (GBT3098.1-2010). All bolts and gaskets are coated with chromium-free zinc aluminum flakes. The coating thickness is not less than 8 microns and is durable. Performance for 100 years.
