In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will supply 73556 sets of segment tunnel bolts M30 to Wuchang Section of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12.
Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12 is the first circular subway in Wuhan, which is divided into two parts: Wuchang section and Jiangbei section. China Railway Fourth Bureau undertook the construction task of two stations and two sections of the Jiangbei section, with a total length of 3,255m. Among them, Hangang Station is designed as an underground four-story four-column island platform station with a total area of 51,082m2. It is constructed by the full-cover excavation method, and the cover-excavation cover plate is designed with 95 steel columns.

Wuhan Metro Line 12 project, with a total length of about 59.9 km, is the second in the world and the longest urban subway ring line in China. It is divided into Wuchang section and Jiangbei section. Among them, the length of Wuchang section is 22 km, and the length of Jiangbei section is 37.9 km. The line crosses the Yangtze River twice, the Han River once, and lakes (Shahu Lake and Mohu Lake) twice, connecting the two Great transportation hubs– Wuchang Railway Station and Hankou Railway Station in series.
In 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will supply 73556 sets of segment tunnel bolts M30 to Wuchang Section of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12. The technical requirements are as follows:
- 16 sets of ring seam connecting bolts and their connecting pairs per ring, 12 sets of ring seam connecting bolts and their connecting pairs per ring, 1 connecting bolt + 1 nut + 2 washers = 1 set.
- The mechanical property grade of the bolt is 8.8.
- The mechanical property grade of the nut is 8.0.
- The minimum mechanical performance level of the gasket is Hv=200.
- Bolts and washers are treated with zinc-based chromate coating for anti-corrosion treatment, and the coating thickness is greater than 8 μm.
