ZX-2 Rail Fastening System for Shenyang Metro Line 4
Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 37,000 sets of ZX-2 rail fastening systems (including rail clips, tie plats, rubber pads, T-bolts, plastic dowels, washers, gussets, etc) for the first phase of Shenyang Metro Line 4 from 2021 to 2022.
Shenyang Metro Line 4 is the fifth subway line to be opened in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The main line of the first phase of Shenyang Metro Line 4 is about 32.528km in length, all of which are underground lines; there are 23 stations, all of which are underground island-type stations, 12 of which are transfer stations; the maximum distance between stations is 1.928km (south Wuma Road Station to Shayang Road Station), the minimum station distance is 0.8km (Taiyuan Street Station to Nanwuma Road Station), and the average station distance is 1.454km.
There is a Wenguantun depot with a length of about 1.425km for the entry and exit lines; a parking lot on Hangtian South Road is set up with a length of about 2.695km for the entry and exit lines. Set up a control center, which is shared with Metro Line 10. There are 2 main substations, which are shared with Metro Lines 9 and 10 respectively.
The main line and wiring of Shenyang Metro Line 4 Phase I are used for 60kg/m steel rails; the underground line uses long-pillow integral ballast beds and ZX-2 type fastener assembly; the main line, wiring and test line turnouts are used for 60kg/m steel rails No. 9 curved pointed track switch (Shenyang South Station adopts No. 9 straight pointed track switch with 60kg/m steel rail).
