From 2022 to 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd（AT）. will supply 120,000 sets of type III railway fastening systems for Zhengzhou Metro 8, each set of fastening system includes type III rail elastic clips, pre-embedded iron seats, insulating insulators, and rubber plates.
Zhengzhou Metro 8 is a subway line under construction in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. The first phase of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 starts at Tianjianhu Station on the east side of the Ring Expressway, mainly along Science Avenue, Ruida Road, Tianyuan Street, Dongfeng Road, Longhu Middle Ring Road, Zhongxing Road, Shangdu Road, Lubo Road The avenue (Zhengbian Logistics Expressway) will be laid, and the end point will be at the Wenchuang Station of Zhongmu Group. The first phase of Line 8 is 51.7km long and has 28 stations. The average station distance is 1.91km, the maximum station distance is 3.689km, from Putian Station to Xiaonangang Station; the minimum station distance is 0.860km, from Wulongkou West Station to Wulongkou Station.
The main construction content of the first phase of Zhengzhou Metro 8 includes preliminary preparations and auxiliary facilities, track bed laying, turnout laying, seamless line laying, line and signal sign installation, car bumper and auxiliary equipment installation, rail pre-grinding, etc. The main works of this tender section include 52.206km of track laying on the integral ballast bed of the main line and auxiliary line, of which 34.855km are the integral ballast bed of general long sleepers, 8.836km are the integral ballast bed of medium damping section, 1.713km are the integral ballast bed of elastic track mattress, and steel spring floating slabs 6.802km of track bed, 31 groups of P60-9 single turnouts, 3 groups of P60-9 5m spacing crossover lines and related works of the line; 7.503km of track laying for Wutong Street parking lot line, including 3.666km of gravel track beds and integral track beds 3.837km, laying 27 sets of P50-7 single turnouts, laying 2 sets of P50-7 5m spacing crossover lines and related works of the line.
