I-type Rail Fastening System for Jinhua-Ningbo Railway
From 2021 to 2022, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has been providing 85,816 sets of I-type general-speed fastening system for 50kg/m rail to the Jinhua-Ningbo railway, the rail fastening system will implement Q/CR563-2017 Standard.
The Jinhua-Ningbo railway is a convenient passage from Ningbo to the Jin (Hua) Yi (Wu) metropolitan area in the hinterland of central and western Zhejiang. The project scope is from the Yiwu Station of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway to the Yunlong Station of the Yong-Tai-Wen Railway, including the Jinhua area and Ningbo hub supporting projects, etc. . Among them, the main downlink line runs from Yunlong Station to Yiwu Station (excluding), with a new line length of 188.3 kilometers; the upward main line runs from Yunlong Station to Hetian Line of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, with a new line length of 185.6 km.
The main technical standard of the Jinhua-Ningbo railway line is the I-class passenger and freight dual-track railway. The design speed is 160 km/h, and the conditions are reserved for 200 km/h. The construction limit meets the conditions for the operation of double-decker container trains. The construction period is planned to be 4 years, the pre-commencement section was started in Fenghua in February 2017.
The Jinhua-Ningbo Railway is jointly financed and constructed by the State Railway Group Co., Ltd. and the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government. The estimated total investment is about 29 billion yuan. Xiaoyong Railway Company, as the legal person of the project, is responsible for the financing, construction and operation management of the project. After the project is completed, China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted to be responsible for the operation and management.
The construction of Jinhua-Ningbo railway is an important project to implement the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and improve the layout of the regional railway network. The line will connect Yiwu and Ningbo to realize the world’s small commodity capital (Yiwu) and the world’s largest port (Ningbo Zhoushan Port). The interconnection and interoperability of Ningbo is of great significance for promoting the faster integration of Ningbo region and Zhejiang Province into the “Belt and Road”, improving the status of Ningbo’s comprehensive transportation hub, and boosting the economic and social development along the route.
