Gauge Tie Rods, Fishbolts and Rail Fishplates for Dali-Ruili Railway
In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided M24*1250mm gauge tie rods, M22*135 fisbolts (strength grade 8.8), and 790*92*20mm railway rail fishplates for Dali-Ruili Railway.
The Dali-Ruili Railway, with a total length of 330 km, was jointly constructed by Yunnan Province and the Ministry of Railways with an investment of 25.73 billion yuan and a design speed of 140 km/h.
As of 2018, the proportion of bridges and tunnels on the entire Dali-Ruizhou railway reached 75%, and the proportion of bridges and tunnels in the section from Dali to Baoshan reached 86.5%. The construction is extremely difficult. On December 28, after 6 years of fierce battles, new progress was made in the construction of Baoshan Tunnel, a key project of the Darui Railway, undertaken by the China Railway Fifth Bureau. A total of 15,597 meters of tunnel excavation have been completed.
In January 2022, the Dabao section of the Dali-Ruili Railway, an important part of the China-Myanmar International Corridor, was connected across the entire line.

The railway fishplates were made in accordance with the relevant standards of TB/T2345-08 “Technical Specifications for the Procurement of 43kg/m~75kg/m as Joint Bar”. Fishbolts were made in accordance with the relevant standards of TB/T2347-08 “High-strength rail joint bolts and nuts”.
