M24*195 Screw Spikes Manufacturer for Ningdong Railway
In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 13,600 M24*195 screw spikes to the Dazao Line seamless track replacement project of Ningdong Railway.
The seamless track replacement project of Dazao Line of Ningdong Railway is located in Ningdong Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It has Dazao Line of Ningdong Railway Company (of which Henggou to Guyaozi is the scope of this seamless track replacement), Guyuan Line and Ninglao Line.
Main construction content: ① 17.618km seamless track replacement of Guheng section of Dazao Line of Ningdong Railway, line ballast, replacement of failed sleepers, roadbed widening, replacement of failed bridge walking board, replacement and restoration of signal rail lead wires, compensation capacitors and turnout jumpers, dismantling and restoration of 5T equipment, replacement of line signs and refreshing line signs, recycling of old materials and rails, etc.; ② Insertion of broken rails and welding (long rails 1.275km, insertion of 21 25m standard holeless rails), unloading of rails, recycling of rails, etc. in the seamless lines of Dazao Line, Guyuan Line and Ninglao Line of Ningdong Railway.
The main works include the replacement of 17.618km of seamless track on the Dazao Line, replacement of 2,893 failed sleepers on the Dazao Line, 1,762 cubic meters of ballast, replacement of 185.17 meters of bridge walking boards and ballast blocks on both sides, widening of 339.03m of trackbed, replacement and restoration of signal rail lead wires, compensation capacitors, turnout jumpers, replacement and refreshing of line signs and logos, etc.
