Shenyang Metro Line 4 is the 5th subway line to be opened in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The length of Shenyang Metro Line 4 is about 34.112 km and has 23 stations, all of which are underground. Shenyang Metro Line 4 held a groundbreaking ceremony on November 18, 2015, and construction started in September 2018. It is expected to start trial operation in December 2022, and the initial operation will be opened in the first half of 2023.

The segment connection bolts are made of 45#steel, and the surface of the bolts is treated with zinc chrome coating to prevent rust. The zinc chrome coating meets the requirements of “Specifications ofZinc/Chromate Coatings” (GB/T18684-2002), and the protection level is not lower than 9 after the 480h neutral salt spray test. The mechanical properties of the ring tunnel bolts are grade 5.8 and 6.8.
The mechanical properties of the circumferential bolts and nuts and the longitudinal bolts and nuts are both grade 5and 6.
The flat washer and nut are made of 45# steel, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material meet the requirements of GB/T 699.
