Rail Clip Fastening System, Gusset-type Track Fastener Assembly, Railway Rail Fishplates
In 2021, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 24,282 sets of I-type rail clip fastening assembly, 31,870 sets of P50 gusset-type fastening assembly(dedicated line 3348-II guard rail fasteners), and 3,312 sets of P50 gusset-type track fastener assembly, 1640 sets of P50 railway rail fishplates, 20 pieces of railway spindles, 230 sets of fastening assembly for railway spindles to the coal logistics base project of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park.
The Haoji Railway is the longest freight trunk line built at one time in the world, with a total length of more than 1,800 kilometers. It starts from Haolebaoji, Inner Mongolia, and ends at Ji’an, Jiangxi. It spans seven parts of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi. The province is an important strategic channel for north-south coal transportation. Sanyang logistics base is the only coal collection and transportation project in Henan of Haoji Railway.
Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park Coal Storage Base Project The project has a total investment of 1.45 billion yuan and covers an area of 1,300 mu. It is a sub-project of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park. The overall planning of the project includes four functional areas, including coal distribution area, mineral product reserve area, ceramic building materials wholesale area, and comprehensive service area, which will be implemented in two phases. The first-phase coal storage base project has an investment of 960 million YUAN and covers an area of 650 acres. It is jointly invested and constructed by Haoji Railway Co., Ltd., Sanmenxia Hongqian Trading Co., Ltd. and Sanmenxia Ziyang Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and the newly built special railway line 11.342 km and Coal transportation area.
The coal logistics base project system of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park mainly includes special railway line, coal storage system and automobile delivery system. The investment of the first phase project is 960 million yuan. The other three areas are Phase II construction projects. The first phase of the project covers an area of 670 acres and is connected to Lingbao East Station of the Haoji Railway. The station building is located on the right side of the line, and the new railway line is located opposite the station building. There are 4 new special railway lines, with a total track laying mileage of 11.342 km, a coal storage greenhouse with a static coal storage capacity of 400,000 tons, a dumper workshop equipped with a 3-type dumper, and a theoretical operating capacity of 21.3 million tons/year. After the completion of the first phase, the coal shipping capacity will be 10 million tons/year, the long-term capacity will be 20 million tons/year, and the coal storage capacity will be 400,000 tons. The construction of Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park will be of great significance to opening up new channels for domestic resource transportation, creating a win-win situation for local economic development and increasing railway transportation, and promoting the city’s economic transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.
The planned annual arrival volume in 2022 is 10 million tons, which means that 30,000 tons of freight trains will stop here to unload coal every day at that time. The long-term planning annual arrival volume is 20 million tons, mainly from coal mining enterprises in western Mongolia and northern Shaanxi; the containers mainly transport magnets, potassium feldspar and albite, etc., and the annual delivery volume of special line containers is 1 million tons in the near and long-term.
Sanyang Logistics Industrial Park track project: 8.5535 km of new track is laid on the station line, 13 sets of single-opening turnouts are newly laid, 26,740 m2 of ballast, 900 meters of ballast-free ballast bed, 1.588 km of old rails are demolished, and 2 sets of turnouts are demolished.
