Embeded parts supplier for Ningbo High-speed Railway to Ningbo High-speed Railway
In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 350 sets of embeded parts to Ningbo High-speed Railway to Ningbo High-speed Railway.
The main line of the first section of the newly built Nantong-Ningbo high-speed railway, the pre-station section and related projects, TYZQ-2 section, is 32.311 kilometers long, with a starting and ending mileage of DK66+121 to DK98+432. The starting point is located at DK66+121 (the end of Sangtiandao Station) in Suzhou East Tunnel. After passing under Jiangyun Road and Wusong River in Suzhou Industrial Park, it goes south along Fenglipu and under Dongfang Avenue. It emerges from the ground in Wuzhong District, and sets up the Wuzhong to Wujiang bridge section of the Sunan Bridge, the Suzhou South Viaduct section, and the Fenhu South bridge section. After passing through the 56m roadbed, it enters the Fenhu Tunnel. After passing under Fenhu along the north-south direction, the Fenhu Tunnel emerges from the ground in the Meifang Family Farm in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and ends at DK98+432. The main construction content of the second section of the TYZQ-2 bid is the Sunan Bridge 25297.93m (including the Wuzhong to Wujiang Bridge section 19983.38m, the Suzhou South Viaduct section 1284.35m (excluding the Suzhou South Station simultaneous implementation project), and the Fenhu South Bridge section 4030.2m).

The structural design is based on the “Aluminum Alloy Design Code” GB50429-2007;
The main structural material is 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and its performance meets the requirements of GB/T 6892;
Anti-corrosion is treated by anodizing or electrophoresis, and the thickness of the oxide film is not less than AA10;
Anti-corrosion requirements: Steel structures and standard connection parts adopt the anti-corrosion coating scheme of “multi-element powder co-penetration + passivation + sealing treatment”, and should comply with the requirements of the first set of coating systems in “Railway Bridge Steel Structures and Components Protective Coatings and Paints Part 3: Auxiliary Steel Structures” (Q/CR 749.3-2020).
