1. Pave the under-rail pads, place the under-rail pads in the middle of the rail surface, and the boss of the rail pads should hook the rail surface.

3.Install guide plates, add guide plates on both sides of the rails, and place them in the middle of the ears on both sides of the rail pads under the rail, do not press the rail pads under the rail, check the gauge position, if there is any discomfort sense, remove and replace the gauge baffle. Due to the manufacturing errors of rails, concrete sleepers and gauge baffles, the addition of gauge baffles with the required number can not meet the gauge regulations or the guide plates cannot be installed in place, and can be replaced according to specific conditions. It should be noted that the guide plates should not be pressed against the under-rail pads; when installing the guide plates, the guide plates should not be strongly knocked into place.
4. Install the elastic rail clips, place the elastic clips in time, cover the screw spikes with a flat washer and apply a special safety protection vegetable grease for railway lines on the external thread, then screw it into the waterproof casing and tighten the elastic rail clips.
