The entire line of the Hanshi High-Speed Railway is laid with 500-meter-long rails. The selected 500-meter-long rail laying machine and seamless track welding equipment are special ballastless track machines independently developed and produced in China, which are safe, reliable, and highly efficient. The daily track laying progress can reach 9 km, and the daily track welding progress can reach 4 km.

The Hanshi High-Speed Railway adopts 60kg/m steel rails and is designed to lay cross-section seamless tracks at one time. There are 238 sets of turnouts along the entire line, of which 4 sets use 42 large high-speed turnouts, which have high technical content and complex construction processes. To this end, they continue to carry out technological innovation, through the adoption of a comprehensive horizontal and vertical adjustment positioning system, accurately positioning the geometric dimensions of the turnout frame, to ensure construction quality.

During the construction, China Railway Construction and Bridge Bureau strictly followed the construction process, technical standards, safety standards, and quality standards for ballastless track bed, closely combining the requirements of construction period nodes, and set three “first” standards for the acceptance of the test section of the ballastless track bed, the first article acceptance of ballastless track bed, and the completion of all ballastless track bed construction tasks for the entire line of Hanshi High-Speed Railway.
