The video shows the requirements before Rail glued insulation joints and the requirements on the laying of rail glued insulation joints.
1. Rail glued insulation joints shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The various technical performances of the rail-glued insulating joints should meet the relevant technical requirements of the railway glued insulating joints for passenger dedicated lines, and have a type inspection certificate.
(2) The steel plant, steel type, and rail type of the glued rail should be the same as the line rail.
(3) The rails used to make glued insulating joints must pass the flaw detection inspection, and the same rail should be used to saw the glued joints. The length of the glued insulated steel rail in the turnout must be determined according to the design rail matching requirements. The verticality error and horizontal error of the end face of the glued end are not greater than 0.15mm. After aligning the rails, use a 1m ruler to check: the allowed error at the top of the rail is (+, 0) mm, and the allowed error at the side of the rail head is ±0.3mm. There shall be no hard bends within the full length of the glued insulated rail.
2. The laying of rail glued insulation joints shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Before the laying (welding) of the rail glued insulation joints, the electrical insulation performance should be determined according to the regulations.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to drop or hit when transporting, laying, and welding the glued insulation joints.
(3) The glued insulating joints of the laid rails should avoid contact between the fasteners and the insulating joint bolts.
(4) The insulating joints of the two strands of steel rails should be laid opposite to each other, and the amount of misalignment should comply with relevant regulations. The insulating end plate of the insulating rail joint should be located in the center of the sleeper box, and the distance from the edge of the sleeper should not be less than 100mm.
