Railway Fasteners Supplier for Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway
The Shanghai-Kunming Railway is an east-west railway trunk linking Shanghai and Kunming, Yunnan Province.
The starting point of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway is Shanghai Station, and the end point is Kunming Station. After capacity expansion and transformation, the main line has a total length of 2,690 kilometers. The entire line is a National Railway Class I double-track electrified railway.
The Shanghai-Kunming Railway is composed of the original Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway, the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway, the Hunan-Guizhou Railway, and the Guizhou-Kunming Railway. In response to the need for the sixth major railway speed increase, it was formally merged on December 31, 2006. The whole line passes through Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, and Yunnan provinces and one city. It is an important passage from the southwest region to Shanghai and a national railway trunk line one.
In 2022, from February 26 to late May, China Railway Kunming Bureau Group will carry out intensive overhaul of the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming Line to strengthen the quality of equipment and ensure the safety of passenger and cargo transportation. On May 10, 2022, all construction of the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway will be completed.
