Construction Technology of I-type Double Block Ballastless Track
The video shows the construction technology of I-type Double Block Ballastless Track.
CRTS Type I double-block ballastless track is equivalent to Rheda 2000 double-block ballastless track.
The Rheda-type ballastless track was named after it was laid at the Rheda station of the German Railways in 1972;
Track structure composition: rails, 300 type fasteners, track bed slabs with prefabricated concrete sleepers or double-block sleepers, optional channel slabs, etc.;
In 1999, the German Frieder Pfleiderer company developed the Rheda2000 system without grooved plates;
The Rheda2000 system was used on the high-speed line from Nuremberg to Ingo, Germany.
For the construction technology of CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track, it is mainly divided into sleeper manufacturing, base plate construction, and ballast bedplate construction.
The concrete supporting layer on the subgrade and the concrete base on the bridge is constructed by artificial molding method; the construction is divided into sections and units; one line is constructed first, and then the other line is constructed; at the same time, the construction direction is consistent with the concrete roadbed slab.
Concrete track bed slab construction: can be divided into unit method construction, bent frame method construction, rail row frame method construction, manual rail row method construction, etc.
