Mine track spike is mainly used in rail or plate and the wooden sleeper is used for connecting rail and sleeper or plate and a fastener sleeper.
Mine track spikes are usually divided into five types: ordinary road studs, freeze-damaged road studs, threaded road studs, spring road studs, and spiral road studs. Mining spikes adopt hot-rolled steel manufacturing technology, and the shape of the lower part of the nail head is adapted to the shape of the rail bottom. The surface of the nail rod is smooth, the nail head jaw and the nail rod are free of cracks, and the tip is free of burrs or folds. There are no air bubbles on the surface of the road studs, and there are no overburning and cracks that hinder use. It is widely used in coal mines and road traffic.
