China made Fast Track Clip for Railway Rail Fastening Systems
1. Fast Clip is simply withdrawn back to the parked position to release the rail.

The fast clip fastening system is designed for all categories of track and widely used on concrete ties and steel ties, and specifically engineered to be capable of rapid installation by mechanized equipment. The Fc type fastener system is composed of Fast Clips, Cast-iron Shoulders, Side-post Insulator, Toe Insulator, Rail pad, etc. There are three types of Fast Clip: Fcl504, Fcl502, and Fcl306. Fcl504 spring clips(Φ15mm, with insulating caps) are installed on in general areas, FCl502 spring clips (Φ15mm, without insulating caps) are installed at the joint bars, FCl306 spring clips (Φ 13mm, with 12133 type insulating caps) are installed in areas with small resistance.
