Type II railroad rail spring clips: In addition to redesigning the railway spring clips using new materials, the other parts are common with Type I railway spring clip fasteners, and the latter is still used with the shoulder bolt holder. The spring steel is used as the material of the type II railway spring steel, and its yield strength and tensile strength are 42% and 36% higher than that of the type I railway tension clip, respectively, and the diameter of the elastic clip remains unchanged. It is suitable for 60kg/m railway and type II or type III concrete sleepers.
Rail tension clip is an important part of 60kg/m rail type II track fasteners. It is mainly used for laying 60kg/m railways on straight lines and curves with radius R≥300m of standard gauge railways. The operating conditions are: locomotive axle weight is not more than 250kN; freight car speed is not more than 120km/h, passenger car speed is not more than km/h; the initial buckling pressure of a single railway tension clip is not more than 10.0kn; the height adjustment is 10mm.
Type II spring clips are suitable for straight lines and curves of standard gauge railways, with a radius of not less than 300m to connect 60kg/m steel rails and prestressed concrete sleepers, prestressed concrete wide sleepers, and the height adjustment is 10mm.
