30,116 sets of 60kg/m Type-III separate fastening systems for Changsha Rail Transit Line 2 West Extension Line Phase II Rail Project

Changsha Rail Transit Line 2 West Extension Line Phase II Rail Project includes 4 stations, 6 sections and a Qingshan Road parking lot, which are Changsha West railway station, Yuelu Road Station, Luxue Road Station, Jinzhou Raod Station and Qingshan Road parking lot respectively. The sections are the turn back line section on the north side of Changsha West railway station, Changyue Section, Yuelu Section, Lujin Section, Jinlei Section and the entrance and exit line section of the parking lot.

The main quantities of track work for this project are: 16.01km of general track bed track laying, 0.89km of rubber vibration damping pad track bed track laying, 0.75km of steel spring floating plate track bed track laying, 3.33km of gravel track bed track laying, 2.13km of column inspection pit track laying, 0.39km of side wall inspection pit track laying, totaling 23.49km of track laying. Among them, the seamless track is 14.10km, and the jointed track is 9.39km. 13 sets of 60 track 9 single turnout, 26 sets of 50 track 7 single turnout, and 2 sets of 50 track 7 crossover. The steel rail is pre polished by 23.49km.

Construction Start date: July 15, 2023, completion date: July 30, 2025.

In 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 30,116 sets of 60kg/m Type-III separate fastening systems and 500 pcs of Type-III Elastic Rail Clips to Changsha Rail Transit Line 2 West Extension Line Phase II Rail Project, and carried out Type-III Fastening systems: Q/CR 565-2017 standard.
